Let us introduce you our new chef for the summer season 2020, Manos Efthymiadis Our new chef started his career at ”Botrinis” Restaurant, next to the famous and well-known Chef, Ettore Botrini. He worked at the Michelin-starred “Oceana” in Manhattan for one year. After 5 years in the Netherlands working in the famous 5-star “Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky” next to the 3-star consultant Michelin Chef Jacob Jan Joerma, and other great chefs like Joris from the ”Rijks” & Alexander from ”Sinne” in Amsterdam, now he is in our team and he is waiting for you to taste his new menu at ”Akti” Seafood Restaurant!
